Just a quick little update of sorts. Wedding planning has kind of slowed down a bit until Derrick moves down here. (In 13 days! ) So I'm waiting until then to start on more planning.
In the meantime I have been researching a couple of photographers so when he moves down we can maybe meet with them. So far I have found three possible ones, so we'll see.

Just a short quick update.
I finally found shoes! I ordered them today, and I ordered dye to dye them myself. Hopefully it'll turn out well, lol.
Also, we officially picked our colors! The teal color is more turquoise, for some reason it looks rather greenish in the picture...

Also, my veil and dress came in!

Your dress is in already?!?! WOW! That's so quick! Congratulations--- and it's very pretty, btw!

I also really like those shoes. They're kind of like ones one of my bridesmaids has been gawking over! I like the idea of them in royal blue, but it might clash with the turquoise on the bridesmaids? Although, that's just a headband, so maybe not.

I also LOVE the colors together. Cocoa is such a pretty color.

Thank you so much everyone! I have always liked those colors for a wedding, and luckily my fiance liked them too! Lol. I'm pretty excited to see what we can do with them.
And tinkerbell 766, I think I am leaning toward orange flowers since the wedding is in October. I think it'll help bring some of the fall season in.

And I forgot to mention that the shoes I posted previously are different then the ones I finally decided on. I was reading bad reviews about the other ones, so I decided to stray away from them. And yeah, I thought about the color and how teal would probably go better, but considering you won't see my shoes toooo much, I just decided to go with a darker blue.

Just a quick little update.
Derrick moved to FL last Saturday! Monday we took him and my future father-in-law to see the WP and GF since they have never seen them before. They both LOVED them! So we got their seal of approval.

Also, my shoes came in! I lloovvee them. They're prettier in person, and comfy too. I haven't decided yet what color to dye them. I bought some dye for me to dye them myself, but when it came it was navy blue, which I'm not so sure I want them that dark...

Those are all the updates I have right now, I'll update more later.

Congrats on your man moving to FL! We did long distance for two years, and boy, is that awful. I hope you both are enjoying the closeness. Everyone told us that we would get sick of each other, but the truth is exactly the opposite.

Just a quick little update of sorts.

So we finally picked a photographer to do our engagement and wedding photos, yay! We decided to go with Jason Angelini. I looked up his site after seeing a review of him on here, and I absolutely loved his work, and my fiance did too. So, I contacted him and he had our date open so we decided to book him for our photos.

We also started work on a guest list. Right now our guest list is around 150 people. Wayy more than I would like! Hopefully we can shorten it down some, but we'll see....

On another note, my mother is throwing an engagement tea for my sister and I. I'm pretty excited about it because my future mother-in-law is coming down for it, and so is my fiance's step-dad. So, I'm looking forward to it.

Hopefully I'll be able to pull it off, lol.

I feel like I had more to update on, so I'll update again later.
