Yes!I will be going to WDW from 12/11-12/18 and staying at the All-Star Sports Resort with the AP code of $49.00 plus tax per night!:D Is anyone else going to be there on these dates?Has anyone been on these dates before? What are the crowds like on these dates?I have never been during the dates when they offer MVMCP.Is this something I should consider attending?Thanks!WDW-HERE I COME!:D

I have never been during the hollidays. This will be our first time. We are going 12-4 - 12-10 and staying at the WL. As far as the MMVMCP is concerned, from what I hear it is a not to be missed. With snow on Main St, MK will be open to midnight, and special shows; we had to get 2 different tickets.

We cannot wait.

We are going 12/4 thru 12/10 and staying at Shades of Green. We will be attending MVMCP on 12/7. I think it's a must!

We've gone at just the same time as you for the last three years. Crowds are low to moderate during this time, though MK in the afternoon/early evening can get crowded no matter what the season. Are you planning on going to MVMCP? On those nights, MK will close at 6pm, making the touring day quite short for those not going to the party.

In short, you've picked a great time to go. We'll be at WDW, too, at the AKL.

Have fun,
Took

We went to WDW last December 2003 and the crowds were very light right up until Boxing Day. I think the time you are going the crowds should be fine.

Have a great trip

Thanks for the replies!I am so excited!:D I will definitely have to attend MVMCP.Does anyone know if the "seasonal" attractions such as Carousel Of Progress,Timekeeper and Wonders Of Life will be open during this time?Is It's A Small World the only attraction that will be down for refurbishment during this time? Thanks.:D

Definately go to MVMCP. We went Dec 5-11 and stayed at the AS last year, same rate, too. Watch MK on Saturdays because they film the christmas parade (we saw regis and kelly!). It was totally packed and hard to get down Main Street. The place we stayed also had the Pop Warner cheerleaders running around everywhere. Hopefully you'll miss them.

Bring clothes for all seasons. It was freezing at night, but moderate in the afternoon. We didn't go swimming at all though, but some other people did.

The crowds weren't all that bad, but at MVMCP they are awesome! After the first parade all the people cleared out and we just walked onto any ride we wanted for the duration of the night. It was magical. I can't wait till we go back in 2005!

When we were there carousel of progress and timekeeper were both up, but I heard they will close when Stitch opens. Oh, and at MVMCP you get free hot chocolate!

Epcot is cool too during those times. Definately see the candlelight processional. Its not very "exciting" but very Christmasy, and my DH and I enjoyed it. (We didn't get the package). Its also cool going to all the countries and seeing the different Santas.

I'm so excited for you! Have fun!

Nanu57v-Thanks for the info!:D MVMCP sounds really great.I can't wait to spend part of the holiday season at WDW!Only 55 days to go-but who's counting?;)
