I used to play this years ago had to stop because my device quit accepting updates due to age. Just got a new device and when I link it to my google account its not loading the old save.
Has any one ran into something like that and know a way to load it in?
By chance I have the old player ID name from a help ticket years ago is there a way to try and load that? my internet searching has let me down.
I figure this is a verylong shot but wanted to ask.
Little scared to start over reading though this thread sounds like things have really slowed down. I would assume getting old event characters is almost impossible?

This new event is going very slow.
I also suggest talking to customer care. I know that I replace them, because they rarely show up.I always replace Decoration Chests when they come up as a weekly challenge. Anyone else?
In my windows game, under "options" I have the option to connect via my Microsoft account. I am unsure of how it looks if she is underage? I guess it depends on how she logs into Windows itself. Now my daughter just started playing on her pc via the Microsoft store. She does not have any “connect” options for saving in the settings menu. I understand part of that may be the age restriction for social media connecting.
Anyways, she played a few hours over the last couple days and had no problem with it saving her progress. Today, it has started her back over…what’s the way to make sure progress saves with pc/microsoft? Thanks!
If it says 4 Decoration Chests, I may keep that one. But when it says more than that, I always roll for a new one. Since one of the more current updates, it does feel that chests are appearing more frequently.
