December 10, 2009 3 Night Bahamian Cruise

No FE for me yet....I am probably going to take the easy route and get a stocking since it will be a December cruise. I am not crafty....although I may take a stab at it this fall.

I just bought stuff to remove wallpaper and paint, so that is my project for this summer (probably will start today since it's raining again and can't be outside).

Sigh....is it time for our trip to WDW/DCL yet????

I bought black antenna toppers at Disney and spray painted them.

I randomly check DCL for the rates to see if our trip went down at all, and right now its only GTY for Category 6 (which we have connecting rooms in for this trip). And the price is higher than what we paid....

If the price of the cruise goes down, will you get a refund for the difference? It doesn't apply to me, we are on a cheap bounceback offer, just curious.

I believe that if you have not made your final payment and the price goes down, you can get the lower price (or cancel/rebook to do so). I will definitely try if the price goes down. However, I think most "specials" come out after the pay in full date so that you can't do that. BUT....I can always hope!

It's getting closer and closer!

Just a bit over 4 1/2 months now, and since I'm on vacation next week and won't be thinking about it non stop like I do at work, it will be that much closer.

I really wish I'd get a PIN for a discount or free dining though...or maybe from the Disney Visa, that would make this trip even better. Hoping for pixie dust...

you didn't get the free dining pin for December yet?? I know they started coming out about a week or 2 ago....i got 1 on monday. I hope you get one soon!

We haven't gotten any pins either. We do already have a 40% military discount, so free dining doesn't help us. What I'm looking for is a room only discount that I can use for one night at AKL. That's not too much to ask is it? We want to add one night at the start of our trip there because we're not planning to get to AK. I suppose I could try to use a AAA discount for one night? (of course I'd need to get AAA first! LOL)
