Have a great day Figs
My day is not off to a good start.

I slept in Diva's bed, which is pretty comfy. Or it was comfy while I was IN it. Once I was OUT I realized my back is utterly destroyed. I am having the back spasms that make my knees collapse. But I figured I would deal with it.

We ran out of milk and half & half yesterday, but since nobody even got dressed yesterday we didn't go buy more. I am hugely addicted to coffee and I can NOT function without it. So I am grouchy, foggy-brained, and my knees keep collapsing.

Mom announced that she was sick. Her temp is 101.5 again. She called the doctor, and they said they want to see her at noon. But FIRST she needs to take some OTC meds. She doesn't have any here, so I have to go get them. Alone. In the death-trap car. Luckily I was showered by then.

I got in the car and called DH. I was dang near crying, which is NOT like me, but the situation seemed to warrant it. The second he picked up the phone I realized I never printed my boarding pass for my flight tonight.:headache: Let's just pile that on top of everything else!

I made it to Target. They don't carry half and half. Stupid Kansas. I bought a bottle of Frappucino and some flavored chemical crap. I managed to find my way back to Mom's, which must prove there is some sort of higher power at work somewhere in the universe.

I gave Mom her meds, I took 1200 mg. of ibuprofen (which hopefully won't blow out my liver), and I printed my boarding pass. Now I need to make coffee because my Frappucino is empty.

I want to go home. :(

 just a few more hrs
:wizard: for your back

I got an early start today, feels good to get out early. Maybe I should try it more often lol I took Camy to the vet to get shaved(she was not a happy camper), went grocery shopping, swept the floors, dusted, & I have laundry going.

Yea me for trying to be productive :rotfl:

I have that model, and you do have a voice choice. If you have the American "she", it's Jill. I'm trying to remember where the voice choices are...I can go get mine and play with it if you haven't found your other voices yet.

This sounds hilarious! I'm glad to know that you guys are all ok with hearing voices!!! :lmao:

Elizabeth,
Take a deep breath..You will be home soon.

DH called a minute ago. He took my car in to get the oil changed. He actually Googled for a coupon, printed it out, and took the car in after he took DS to baseball camp. I am surprised at his resourcefulness when I am not around!

He said at 7:55 AM there were only 2 other kids at the camp. It starts at 8 AM, and since this is the first day they had to get money and make sure they had forms turned in for everyone. Either they had a very small group or a lot of late arrivals! Hopefully DS had fun. The camp is run by the high school baseball coach, and DS likes him.

My back is still a mess, and considering the amount of Advil I took, that is a very bad thing. I am not going to be able to hoist my bag into the overhead bin tonight, even though it isn't THAT heavy. I don't think flight attendants are allowed to lift bags, so hopefully there will be a lovely businessman who wants to help me.

Jennifer - I am glad things are going well with the girls. :goodvibes

I'm procrastinating. I really need to get packed and head to Lansing. I'm going to get off here and get myself going.

I'm so sorry Honey. Unfortunately your stress has come to a head and is manifesting itself in your back. I'm sure that the bed didn't help, but with everything that has been going on in your life it was bound to catch up with you. Have a good cry, get it all out. Get your Mom to the doctors then get yourself home. The worst should be over now

Good for you. It always feels nice to accomplish things :thumbsup2

I'm procrastinating. I really need to get packed and head to Lansing. I'm going to get off here and get myself going.

Have a safe trip.

Colby and I watched Daddy Day Camp this morning. The other boys are watching it now. I managed to pack Colby for my parents house pretrip. They don't need much for the plane, just clothes for Friday and Saturday. They may actually stay here, but at least I'm prepared. I also cleaned Colby's room hopefully for the last time. I did find one bug in there so when the pest guy comes on Thursday he may need to spray again

I double checked the stroller bags and I "think" everything is accounted for. I've put together a bag for the truck with things to keep Hunter occupied. I need to throw some snacks into the kids carryon for the plane. I'm sure they will want a little snack though they are going out to eat before their flight.

What else should I be doing?:confused3

I finally have the pictures in our Picasa album from the first day at least! :rotfl: After that day, the numbers drop off significantly! ;) If you're interested, the album is here. Otherwise, our site has a few new entries, one of which has about 20 photos -- but not really that wide a variety. :goodvibes
