Glad you finally got it to work! The
DCL website is known to have plenty of glitches and other issues. Usually when I'm having trouble I close out my browser, wait 5-10 minutes then try again, after which it usually is working. Word of advice - if you encounter anything that seems glitchy when you are trying to process a payment - stop and come back later. A few months ago I was trying to pay off the remainder of my cruise, which was quite a large sum, and I guess in the background, my credit card declined the payment. But, Disney's website just went back to the payment page as if nothing happened - no payment error or red text like you normally get. So, I tried again, and again, and again, thinking it was just being it's glitchy self. Well......when I realized my credit card had been frozen and called them, it turns out that the DCL page tried to put the payment through at least 8 times! Needless to say I won't try to push my way past glitches like that in the future!
