Cutting Nails

The guy in the next cube over sounds like he's clipping his nails. Hope one doesn't pop over. Hope it's his fingernails.

I hate it when people cut their nails at work. It turns my stomach. Where I used to work, there was a guy who would do it once a week or so. Something about the thought of little nail shards flying thru the air and settling into the carpet until the maintenance staff vacuumed (about twice a week). Why can't they do it at home, or in the bathroom? It is a personal hygiene task, after all.

One job I had, my coworker and I did our nails back in our office all the time. But it was just the two of us and we were friends -- an unusual circumstance.

My DH had a boss, though, who would walk into DH's office clipping his nails. They'd fly everywhere! DH was so grossed out by that. Unfortunately, that wasn't the worst thing this particular boss would do in the office. He was the owner and it was usually just the two of them.
