Credits for using Amazon No-Rush Shipping if you have Prime

Can you link to the case? I need a new one too. Hee hee.

I love this option! We never have to pay for Prime movies! The best part is, I often need one item right away and buy a few other items that I don't need in 2 days. I order each item individually and choose Prime 2-Day for one item and $1 credit on movies/music shipping option on each of the other orders. [Yes, you get the $1 credit for each order, so do order items individually, as long as they are all Prime items and not Add Ons] Usually, all or most of my items come in the same box as the item I ordered with the Prime 2-Day shipping!

This isn't for the credit, but please go to smile.amazon.com instead so this way the items that are eligible for donation, amazon will donate 0.5% of the price. It doesn't effect you. The price is still the same.

Thanks for mentioning this. I recently found out that a local organization that our church supports gets credit when we shop through the amazon smile link. Great idea to mention it. Someone might as well be getting credit!

It's impossible to find! I have to google it everytime. It shows up as video/music credit, I've never used it for ebooks.

FWIW we pick this option all the time now because the "2day" shipping for us is consistently more than 2 days because they now go through USPS.

If you're getting 2-day orders that are later than the promised date you can get an extra month of Prime free. I don't know exactly where to go on the site to request it since it's always my husband that does that, but we've gotten several extra months of Prime. I find myself hoping for items to be a day late.

I've had things late before but didn't know this. I guess I have to notify them somehow in order to get a free month? Can you find out what exactly you have to do? Thanks

I use the chat feature on Amazon to complain about later than 2 day deliveries.I ordered something in November that was to be delivered in 2 days. They shipped it from California via ground service. I live in Mass. there was no way that package was going to get cross country in 2 days. I pay for Prime the least I think I have a right to expect is that Amazon will at least ship it in a way that it will arrive in 2 days. Chatted with Amazon and the rep offered to extend my Prime.

I have a coworker who orders from Amazon weekly and she has had her Prime membership extended several times. Doesn't really cost Amazon anything and seems to make customers happy.

The last time I checked out I was offered the $5.99 Prime Pantry credit, which I took. Now I can't find anything in Prime Pantry that is actually a good deal!! I've actually found items in the Prime Pantry category that are more $$ than the regular item on Amazon outside of the pantry category. Ripoff.

Ordered 4/20 and it had "delivered by 4/22" for 2 day shipping. Ok, 4/22 goes by, nothing. This morning I checked, it's saying delivered by 4/23". So I started a chat today to ask about my package. The rep said that the 2 day shipping is not based on when the order is placed, but when it ships! Meaning, it took 1 full day for them to process the order and they are shipping it within 2 days after that. :confused3 My other items using the no rush will be delivered tomorrow.... I'll stick with the no rush.

I have run into things that say prime 2 day shipping an available only to place the order and find out that it won't ship for a week but will be sent 2 day at that time. I could not get them to offer me a month of prime or anything but a sorry that is the way it is. I ended up canceling the order since as I was speaking to the rep I found it on drugstore.com for ten dollars less.

I live in NYC and sometimes I get them in 1 day! But usually it's 2-day.
Speaking of cases. When I was at Disney last year I used a clear case and did a cutout of a printed Mickey & Minnie :)

Heading to Disney next weekend! I have used Amazon Prime to ship a package to Disney our past few trips. Not everything is a bargain, but buying it at Disney isn't exactly a bargain, either.

I read here about the $5.99 Amazon Pantry credit and took advantage of it! Just ordered a package to be shipped to our hotel. Soda (12-12oz cans $3.00 each), cereal, pretzels, pringles, s'mores (marshmallows, graham crackers and Hershey), bottled water, and small liquid hand soap.
