Isn't today Saturday? I know I did not go to work. It has to be Saturday. You guys hardly ever post on Saturday and look a whole page, or almost!
Sandy I am glad you had a great time. You were in Cancun or Cozumel? Last year where did you stay? Island & resort? If you will give me the island and resorts for last years and this years stay I will look around the sites.
You know we were suppoe to go to Cancun when that huge hurricane hit, what 3 years ago? But of course it was blown away. We still would like to visit sometime soon.
Now Cozumel, mmm, I feel like I have been there dozens of times. We have been there on 4 or 5 cruises now. We seem to do the same thing ever time to where I am tired of the place. I bet it would be different to stay on the island though.
Heidi, I do not know how to ski and I grew up within an hours drive to the slopes. My mom never allowed me to go skiing. I always wanted to but not now. I am too old. I would really hate to break something.

It was a lovely day here. In the 60's and very sunny, making it feel much warmer than it was.
We made some guacamole for an appetizer. Made a couple of glasses of a wonderful new Cab I found today. Grilled steaks. Then I made a chocolate fondue for dessert. I had strawberries and bananas but no one wanted the bananas. lol We also had purchased a dessert wine for the fondue.
Since we are not able to go out for our anniversary or Valentine's this week we decided to celebrate both a bit early and do this cooking tonight. It was so much fun.
I have some Mahi Mahi in a milk bath dethawing for dinner tomorrow. I have a great recipe for the stuff. You saute onions. Once done mix it with mayo and parmeasm cheese. You mix that up and put it on top of the fish and cook it in the oven. We had it in the Keys a few summers ago. Our friends made it for us. I thought it sound nasty but it was awesome. The mixture makes a nice creamy type crusted topping. Very good!!
