Feb and March are when I'm going to be making my ADRS for end of Aug/beg. of Sept...is that too early to request a diver?! I really hope to get one for my boyfriend as we will be celebrating his graduation from college!!

I would set up the diver ASAP as well as the personalized menu. Then just call to confirm the events a few weeks prior.

Wow I can't thank-you all enough for this thread. I read it the other day, called the coral reef and left a message. I got a call back yesterday and set up the divers and the menu for our dinner on 1/30/08. My boys are going to be so surprised. Thanks again for helping me make their trip extra special!

I'm so excited I was able to get a hold of Debbi @ Coral Reef and she is setting up the diver, menu and cake in order to surprise my hubby for our 20th Anniversary . Debbi was such a pleasure to deal with. I can't wait to see hubby and our kids faces.

anyone who does the menu please confirm. i e maailed debbi a week before w eleft asking how they will knwo to give us teh perosnalized menus and she said not to worry, it was magic. well, we got there, sat down, and got handed regular menus. i wispered in my servers ear and he went to check on it. it was supposed to be a surprise for my hubby for our aniversary and he knew something was up after that so it kinda ruined the surprise, so don't be shocked if you don't get them right away, you may ahve to ask for them like I did!

We have ADR for CR for March 2nd, and having read this thread, I want to set up a diver for DH and my boys - it's our 10 year wedding anniversary in Sept so this would be a surprise a little early! I'm also going to ask for personalized menus and a cake!

We surprised my mom in October for her 80th birthday. Did the set up with Debbie ahead of time for diver and talked about the menu. I actually sent her the pictures for the menu about 10 days ahead of time by email.

We got a table right next to the window, where the sea turtle routinely visits. Our reservation was for 6:30...divers came in at least 30 to 40 minutes after we were seated.

She says that she is bombarded with calls on this (15 today) so give her a chance to call her back. We played phone tag for almost 2 days.

I think this is the number I used to plan our surprise. I didn't get Debbi, but I did get a very attentive lady. I can't recall her name right now. Very nice. Quick. I gave her our ADR, and she gave me her e-mail address. I e-mailed her the 4 photos for the menu and she sent me a confirmation e-mail that she received them and that everything was fine.

It all went like clockwork. They let my DS choose his table because it was his birthday (really made a big deal out of it -- so nice), brought out the menu as part of the birthday surprise, we ate, the divers came out and held up the personalized sign, waved, gestured, and threw the sand "confetti". And we had a special cake delivered for his birthday too. It was a really special night.

I never called to double check on anything. It all went without a hitch. I was very impressed. They are really a nice group of people at the Coral Reef.
