Confirmation of Tours and ADRs

We are booked to stay at OKW 3-9 June and 12-18 June. We have added the DDP to the first stay and are also doing the Segway Tour at Epcot on our second full day. We are doing the Backstage Magic Tour during the second stay at OKW.

We have the room confirmation but nothing to show the DDP or tours are booked (tours have already been paid for too).

Is this usual? Or would you expect confirmation emails or letters (I do have the reservation numbers).
