Comfortable men's shoes

Any specific look you are aiming for? My everyday tennis shoes are just retired running shoes and I do have some business casual shoes that are comfortable and go well with business casual but aren't something I'd pick if I didn't need to looks somewhat professional.

I have a pair of black dress shoes that I used to wear to work (changed jobs). I have some Sketchers slip ons as my "run around" shoes, but the traction has worn down. I'm looking for something that's comfortable, that I can wear with jeans, khaki's, or shorts. I'll walk in them (whether treadmill or on walking paths or sidewalks) and travel with (if we went to Disney, they would be what I wear to the parks).
