Collecting APs from Citywalk

Excuse me if this has been asked before but my GoogleFu is a little off today (I'd like to call it a blonde moment but nowadays people would probably say senior moment lol!).

I'll be flying into MCO at 5pm and by the time I'm through customs, checked in at the resort, and freshened up I doubt I'll make it to UO before park close, however I'd still like to pick up our APs.

And finally down to the question. ("Get on with it!" I hear you cry!)

Can I collect them from somewhere in Citywalk, and if so, where?

Ok, found it. the T&Cs specifically say "print your online order confirmation page and bring it with you to any of the front gate ticket windows (located at the entrances to both Universal Studios Florida® and Universal's Islands of Adventure®) during regular theme park operating hours.".

No, but I just got a phone call from UO customer care and they said it's fine to collect from City Walk up to 2am, so the info on my T&Cs seems to be wrong.
