CNN reporting no direct link to those detained

Haven't seen this on CNN.com yet -- but they were reporting it as breaking news on CNN. The reporter said that she had 'inside info' that the two men detained were illegal immigrants and that was their only crime. They just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.
