Club Level with Monster Pin

Hello All!

I tried to upgrade from our AKL Savanah view room to Club level and I was told with this pin, club level is not an option.

I'm asking - has anyone been able to book club level with this pin at any of the deluxe resorts? We are trying to upgrade for our anniversary and our daughters birthday.

I attempted to upgrade our AKL ressie to club level using the 20/30/40 "Explore your Resort Picks" PIN I received in January. I was told CL is not available with this particular PIN. CM told me different PINs are eligible for different things. Bummer for Disney, I would have given them more money!

I don't know about the Monster Pin, but the 20/30/40 pin was certainly able to be used for club level. They checked club level at the Poly, GF, and CR for me, and we just booked the Contemporary Club Level with our White Rabbit pin. I would call again and ask a different CM, just to be sure.

They could have meant the system was showing no availability for what you were wanting for your dates.
However as someone posted, not all room views (or even resorts) are included in all offers.

your dates may not be available - I got the pin and called about applying it to my already reserved package - AKL savannah view - and all the had for my dates were either the pool view or the CL. I chose the CL and with the pin I still saved.
