Buy an updated guide!! They changed from 60 days to 90 days in the summer of 2003, so the 2003 guide is out of date.

actually it changed in the fall. The procedure as of a month ago was 1-2-1-2 but that seems to have changed a little. It doesn't work when I tryed it today. It transfered me tosome help #. But if you wait for each ? you should me ok and it worked. I say try it everyday till then.My call date is Saturday. When is yours?

We got Cindy's for Weds, Sept 22 at 8:10 am this morning!!!! It was my first time trying, too. I was on the phone at 6:55 am this morning until I finally got through. I was actually considering hanging up after being on hold for almost 20 minutes - I thought for sure they wouldn't have any PS's left. Maybe it helped because it's not an EMH morning at the MK that day.

I'm very excited, I've never even step foot inside the castle! I think it'll be a lot of fun eating inside the castle - good luck everyone!

Wow, congratulations on getting the PS, arizonacolbys! Looks like we will be there the same time as you! We are also staying at POP and got ressies for same day at 8:20 am. I too was on hold this morning for like 20-25 minutes and almost gave up.

I tried a few days ago to get PS for Sunday 9/19 and after being on hold for 37 minutes just hung up thinking they were all gone due to EMH, but now who knows? Oh well! I'm happy with what we got. I told my daughter on the way to daycare and she was ecstatic. Thankfully, my stress is finally over and now all I have to do is wait...

We got CRT seatings and didn't even have to call ourselves. We went through Dreamsunlimited and our agent put in the call for us. It was wonderful not having to go through all the hassel. I would Highly recommend going through them for anyone booking a trip and wanting a PS for CRT.

I don't think many people are calling for month of Sept. Anyways..the I had fun getting up..and using 2 phones...

I have 9:40 ressies..on Sept 24th!

I personally am sick to my stomach. I woke up late and started calling at 6:20 and know still on hold. I hope my travel agent got me tickets. Its for my daughters birthday too.

Congrats! We were just there and it was just DD and I. We were the first ones down to the Castle and we were put by the little table for 2 by the window that over looks the Carrousel. It was Magical. I have a feeling when she is 15 we'll still being going to CRT.

Yes I remeber you. Can you believe I can remeber to help others and oversleep on myself. I am thankful for my Travel agent though. I would have called day and night everyday if i didn't get them.

Argh, I'm so confused. Tomorrow is the day I need to call to make my CRT ressie so I tried today as a test run. I got in right away with no "we are closed" message so I guess my clock is slow! But then instead of just hitting 1,2,1,1 I listened to the messages & it sounds like a totally different message. I had to hit 2 1st & then it asked for my phone number. Then I ended up hanging up & rushing down here to check the computer to see if something changed! Can those of you who recently made ressies let me know if the message has changed now? It sounds like Sept is a slow month & I will not have a problem, but I still want to be safe!!!

I called yesterday morning and the normal 1-2-1-2 worked and I got a CM right away and booked the 8:05 for 9/25 (Saturday). Then after thinking about it, we decided to try for 9/26 (Sunday - Early Entry Day), to get the latest PS...so we could use the EMH and then have breakfast after that. I was all thrown off and after messing it up 3 times, I finally calmed down and listened....Push two for Victoria's (I think that's the name) then asked for your phone number or reservation number....put in phone number then started getting the 1-2-1-2 questions. I ended up having to hold about 20 minutes, but got the 10:10 PS I wanted.

Hope this helps anyone for tomorrow.

its the same 1-2-1-2. You have to wait till the start the questions before pushing the numbers.

I have been lurking here for while now. I just wanted to thank everybody for their wonderful advice. I was able to get CRT for 9/27 at 8:05 am with no trouble. thanks again!!

YAY, I got my ressie too!! I pressed 1, 2 & then they made me put in my ressie # or phone # followed by # & then 1, 2. I held for about 15 minutes but got a 9:35am ps. Not the greatest time, but I'll take it!!

I called yesterday by accident, thought it was 6/30, got right thru but couldn't book 9/28 b/c it wasn't 90 days. Call today, put on hold till 7:17 am, and then nothing available for 9/28. I'm staying Poly Conc. but thought I'd do just as well on my own and now I'm kicking myself. Any advice or encouragement would be welcomed! Hopefully someone will end up cancelling their ressie and I can pick it up; CM told me to try back in about an hour. Just whining I suppose....

I'm sorry you weren't lucky this morning but keep calling! I would call back later this morning and everyday until your trip. This has worked for us in the past. Many people have multiple family members calling and need to cancel duplicate PS. You mentioned you are staying at the Polynesian Concierge, did you request this PS with them? Good luck and don't give up!

I agree - contact the concierge people, they should be able to help you.
