Cindy's Breakfast advice & encouragement

Have a PS for CRT at 10am on 8/2 and one for 8:50am on 8/3 that we're going to have to cancel. These PS's are for 4 people. If anyone is interested in trying to get these just let me know.

Welcome to the DIS!!

I would call daily to see if something opens up. I don't know if this has been covered in the rest of this thread, but CMs have told me that sometimes reservations open up 72-24 hours in advance. If that doesn't work out, I would send someone ahead to the restaurant as soon as the park opens and see if they can fit you in. Remember to play the "birthday" card . If all else fails, you can eat lunch or dinner in the castle (no characters) or you might be able to book the Fairytale Princess breakfast in Epcot.

This will be my 3 yr. old DD's first time at Disney. She loves the all of the Princesses. We're going the first part of February, are our chances better in getting a PS during this time? This would be the highlight of her trip.

We just got back from our vacation, had ressies for 5/29. My DD's already had two autograph books, so this time we purchased a pack of Mickey's gloves and bought some markers and had the Princesses sign them instead. They look great!!My only complaint about breakfast was that my DD forgot her sunglasses in the bathroom stall and when we went back to get them, someone had taken them and not turned them in at the desk!! Surely the parents of this child realized the glasses did not belong to them and would make them turn them in, but no, checked later and no glasses Anyway, lesson learned, I'm just glad our breakfast was over and not just beginning when it happened. Already planning the next trip!!

My mother and I were both trying to get a cinderella breakfast for my 5 year old niece on Sept 13.

We both got one, so one of is going to have to cancel.

If anyone is interested on when we will be canceling let me know and we can work out the time and day to do it.

How far in advance can you make a PS for Cindy's . We are going the week after Thanksgiving. I'm new at this and a little confused. Thanks for your help.

You can make a CRT PS 90 days in advance. Good luck!

Wish me luck I will try to get ours in the morning. I have gotten RFC and Chef Mickeys so far but the big one is CRT. After that I will only have "Ohanas. I'll be up early in the morning!!!! April

To all of you trying for CRT good luck, but if you call and CRT is booked up I would go for the Storybook Breakfast in Epcot. We did both and my daughter liked the Storybook much more (she is 6). You can still pop into the waiting area for CRT and get a picture with the Fairy Godmother! Our CRT breakfast took over two hours, mostly because we had about an hour wait for our table (we checked in 10 minutes prior to our PS time). All the while my DD was wistfully looking out at Fantasyland (we had a window seat)... At the Storybook we didn't have more than a 5 minute wait and there was nothing my DD felt she was 'missing' while we ate. She told me she just wants to do Storybook next year.

How did you get RFC and Chef Mickey's already? I thought every restaurant was 90 days out for making PS? Are they more flexible with some restaurants? I know I got LTT already for Dec 2nd (MVMCP).

I used the tips on this board and this morning, after a restless night sleeping.......I got PS for 4 on 9/20 at 8:05 AM!

Sure we'll have to wake up a little early since we are off-site, but who'll be able to sleep??

Wish me luck! 9/21 will be my twin girls 3rd birthday.

If I'm lucky enough to get it, I will be canceling my 9/19, at 9:05 for 5 if anyone is interested.

I'm so nervous!!!!!!!!

Now if they's only get a Buzz Lightyear meal!!

I have to say that it's been a while since I've heard someone say that they didn't get in even when calling first thing on the 90th day. Maybe with the Norway breakfast and the 1900 Park Fare Dinner there's enough princess meals to go around.

My family and I are planning a magical gathering in august (15-21), and I was the designated one to call on the 90th day. (I thought you were supposed to call on the 60th day). Well, my sister called to get some other PS's on the 90th day, and happened to ask about CRT, and they had a couple PS's available. It was so easy! I hope it turns out like that for other people. Glad I didn't wait for the 60 day mark, there seems to be some different information on the boards and in the unofficial guide.

Now if they's only get a Buzz Lightyear meal!!

I'd be in for that! I'm really surprised they don't have one yet.

I haven't been around for awhile, and this week we're starting to hit our 90 day marks for calling for the castle.

My question - has the "get through quickly" process changed? In calling WDW-DINE, now there are some early questions where the right thing to do is to give no answer and wait for the next question. Do we just have to wait, or is there still a "shortcut"?

Thanks for any insight here - I admit I didn't go back through this entire thread looking for the latest info - it's a LONG thread!
