If you all could keep my guys (DH and DD) in your prayers for a safe trip, they are headed to Washington DC tomorrow am (leaving at 4:45am) on a school trip for 3 days, I sure would appreciate it!

Good morning everyone

I've been pretty busy the past couple of weeks and have not had the chance to post here very often and just wanted to share what's been going on in the life of the Evans family.

First off I just want to thank God for allowing DH and I to send our DD(6) to an excellent christian private school. Today is her last day of school and her growth in God is beautiful. My baby is growing up right in front of our eyes and she's an awesome person inside and out. God has truly bless us with awesome children with hearts of gold.

Last Friday was her K-5 graduation and guys I wish I could have shared that 2 hour moment with all of you. It was a tear jerker from start to finish. Her graduation is a memory that is carved in DH and my mind, heart and soul. I'm at a loss of words to express how awesome the ceremony was.

God has truley blessed our family in many ways and I feel as if we do him so wrong at times. But I attribute that to growing in his word.

Please say a prayer for my family and I. I will be on travel to San Antoino, TX for two weeks. I leave Sunday and will not be back until June 19th. Pray that God protects us from the wilds of the devil. That he keeps us safe while we are apart from each other.

I'll try and keep in touch between classes while on travel.

Kim and Jeanne, I'm praying for your families and the traveling!

Guys, my birthday was very nice...thanks again so much for making it so special here!!!! Words cannot express how much I appreciated your kind expressions yesterday and how you are all a support network and caring extension of Jesus' hands and feet! It blows me away that even though a lot of us have never met we can know each other and be connected...not just through the net but through His great and awesome love!

Remember I told ya'll that Michael had pnuemonia about two weeks ago? Well my other two guys...Danny and Jonathan were just diagnosed with it today. It is called "atypical" because it is more airborne and therfore more contagious. I have been trying to keep them healthy and eating well so I guesss they just need to really rest up. This has been such a stressful time with my 's and all and I'm a bit overwhelmed and tired at the moment. I'M SORRY!!! I don't want to be self absorbed!!! I am looking to God and handing it all over and asking Him to be my peace right now. I want to be an example of pure dependence on HIM.

Omigoodness, it so nice to hear those guitars. I'm going to be on a happiness high for a few days now. I'm sitting here just kind of bobbing my head to the music, so good!
