I grew up on the Michael Card Christmas CD, and Joseph's Song is one of my favorites. I was really upset when I tried to upload it to my computer and found that the CD was so scratched that Joseph's Song couldn't be read and transferred.

This song came on the radio a few nights ago and it just really hit me...... ......how wonderful and how great and how awesomely unexplainable is the mercy of God's love and grace.....it just made me weep at how overwhelming it is.

I've noticed a pattern through my walk with Christ. Why is it that I always try my hardest to fix things or make things turn out the way "I" think they should and either see no results at all or end up making a bigger mess than the one I started with. It's finally when I come to a point of saying "God, I can't do anything else, I've got to give it to you and leave it in Your hands and trust You" that things actually start to happen and I see answers. You'd think at some point I'd realize that is what I need to do first, not last. This song is such a huge blessing to me every time I hear it, it reminds me that I just need to stand firm in my faith and watch God work!

Pulled out an old Jonathan Pierce CD to listen to at work. I really like almost every song on this CD (Mission), this one particular one has really spoken to me today.......
