Arriving on marathon day in January!

We are flying in early on Sunday, Jan. 11th. We will uber from MCO to probably one of the All-Stars hotels (don't have reservations yet). I know I read that traffic was a mess this year getting around during marathon day. Should we try to waste some time at the airport (eat or something), to try and arrive later? What time do the roads open up without significant delays? Thanks for any advice!

If you’re staying at an All-Stars resort the roads should be opened up by 12:30 or 1:00. You’re probably looking at one of the better locations to be trying to get to.

The course for ‘26 hasn’t been published yet, but you shouldn’t have any issue. It hasn’t gone on Osceola for a long time, and so it’s been clear to AS resorts. Here’s the map from last year to give you an idea. Again, course can change, so check again later in the year.
