Character Dining Recommendations

Okay, so I'm looking for a fun dinner for us on our arrival evening. So, not in a park. I'm thinking character meal so that we feel like "we're here!". This is for October, so let's pretend everything's back to normal (fingers crossed). I'm a vegetarian, not vegan. Daughter is not picky, but pretty child-like palate. Given this info., what do you think of Storybook Dinner at Artist Point for us? 100 Park Fare? Thanks for your help, as always!

Hi there! No one in my party is vegetarian, so I'm not the most qualified, but I can try my best to help! Artist Point is not my favorite, but I believe there is a vegetarian option, as well as children's options. If they are open and the characters are back, I think it could be a decent option, but definitely weigh the menu for your family verse the price.

1900 Park Fare typically (in a buffet acceptable world..) has a LARGE variety and more exciting and unique characters, so I would recommend it more. If they do open this year, it would probably be a family style meal, let's hope they still have a good variety!

Disney is ALWAYS good with dining accommodations, so just speak to the restaurant staff and they will help you out! Enjoy your trip. Even with current offerings, everyone can find something.

You can pretend in reality though you highly likely won't have tableside characters, buffets will still be family style, and Storybook should be reopened with the cash side resort in June.

With something like Storybook would have to wait until it reopens to see what the menu would be. Good thing is as csjordan said Disney is good working with dietary requirements.
