changing resorts and magical express help!

we are going to be down in wdw from april 6th to the 13th,we were going to be at the all star music but i upgrade to po-riverside,i already submittetd our travel info with(still have not recieved anything in the mail) magical express(to begin with) througth travelocity,but when i changed resorts they did not send me a link to update with magical express.who should i contact.and if i have to talk to magicl express there seems to be know link to them any ideas

call disney central reservations and they can get you the number for magical express and then the ME folks can get you hooked up.

I am staying at two resorts this May as well. I would suggest that you call the main number for Disney Travel, 1-407-WDISNEY and you'll be able to switch your information. I was able to switch mine just fine by calling them at that number. When I called the direct ME number, they told me that they couldn't help me because I was a DVC member and I wasn't arriving within the next couple of days.

You might have better luck, but I would just suggest that you call the main number and get transfered to ME.

If all you have are yellow tags for the old resort, cross out just the resort name and write in the new arriving resort name.

If you change resorts, reconfirm and/or modify your ME back to the airport at least a day before final checkout if not sooner.

Between resorts if you change you are on your own. Bell services does offer free transfer of baggage that is not part of ME.

Here's DME phone number...1-866-599-0951. Give them a call and let them know of the change. But, I'm sure that the reservation number will be the same. So, even if you were traveling next week, and you already had your yellow luggage tags that had the 'old' resort info on it, the reservation number on the tag would be correct with the new resort info.
But, you'll feel better if you call them and make sure they have all the correct info on file and you find that you can expect the tags to come with the correct resort info on them!
