It's a miracle I made it this far without getting Black Death or something, then. I've had cats and dogs as pets since birth and many of my cats have slept with me in bed. Even by my face! Astonishing. Must be because cats are pretty clean animals.

Can't speak for all cats, but I'd eat off my cat's butt it's so clean. Well, maybe not eat off it, but it's pretty darn clean.

Don't tell us - tell her! Don't give up or give in. That will only breed resentment in a marriage and lead to more trouble later on.

What you should do is reach some sort of consensus - what would be best for ALL - not just one (or HER as the case may be).

BTW - We live in Massachusetts. Not quite ready to give up yet. If I do give her up, I would want to meet and interview the person first.

It's not that bad. I'm over dramatic. My wife is a fantastic person and I love her more than anything. We have usually, an awesome relationship.

Like most couples, we have our issues. We both need to work better on how to solve them. I'm not the perfect picture of maturity by any means myself.
