She is a lawyer. Originally she was slated as the scientific expert and was to handle all the forensic stuff, but I guess she's been downgraded to Casey Soother!

I hate that whole "treating an adult like a child" thing. I'd want to leap out of the witness stand and go for his throat.

Wonder who will question Dr G? Mason questioned her in a pre-trial hearing, right? And no doubt whomever does it will accuse her of gaining fame and money from this case because she has a TV show. (Does she still currently have that show, filming?)

It was Mason who questioned her... I would think he would question her again because I think she could honestly eat Baez alive....

I believe she does still have the show, I can't recall off the top of my head which channel it's on... she seems very dedicated to her work.

On another note: Tweets are coming in that Casey looks sick again, like she could be sick to her stomach any minute. Wonder if she purposely does this to herself?

Maybe she did indeed get a stomach bug. My family had a couple rounds of that in the spring. It knocks you DOWN!

If she isn't drinking much water and unable to look perturbed, annoyed, or PO'd--it may be the real deal.

It also means her attorneys are going to catch the yuckies, possibly in time for the weekend.

Good Morning, just getting tuned in. but two things. I wish they would have made a head the size of caylee and then measured out the tape to see how far the tape would wrap around the head. Second I am not sure but how could they go for ineffective attorney since Baez was not the only one doing the questioning would that really be ineffective?

Can I just repeat how much I hate the tru tv commericals?? They are so loud and the shows they advertise are obnoxious.

Anybody know what channel and time court will be televised tomorrow? I want to set my DVR.

She did at least one cross examination. I can't remember which one, though. It was early on.

Yes, she's a lawyer. Her role right now appears to be to look like the loving mother Casey never had. She did at some point coo a la "Marilyn Monroe" at a witness, but I don't remember who or when.

Got it! I must have missed her big cross examination. I am really getting tired of my kids having a social life and making me miss parts of the trial! I have no life; why can't they follow suit?

I watch on Tru TV. They pointed out yesterday that she had 3 or 4 empty water bottles in front of her. I think her she's finally confronting the reality of what she did. "Out of sight, out of mind" before. Can't do that anymore.

Personally, I'd love to see her give in & admit what she did. But I know that won't happen.

The way she's carrying on, My over/ under would be the lunch break.

Okay--well after 4 rounds of progressively worsening morning sickness during 4 separate pregnancies...last time ending in hyperemisis AND many stomach virus episodes over my life including intense nausea with my recent strep throat episode....

I feel qualified to offer my expert testimony that consuming ANYTHING including water. In fact, sipping water was agonizing. It became so gross and well, difficult to swallow.

If Miss Anthony is"drinking a lot of water", then it seems that her "illness" is yet another fabrication in her head to draw the attention and sympathy to her and away from Caylee whose remains are being entered into evidence (via photographs and testimony).

I reasonably doubt that she is as ill as she is pantomiming.

So I the juror, vote that she is guilty of being well.

(ETA: Just realized I was expert witness and juror. Does that mean that I just gave myself a mistrial?)

Ugh! I wish I could just go up to the court house and slap Casey. She loses it when she hears that animals chewed on her daughter's bones. What the hell did you think would happen to your little baby when you dumped her body in the woods? Why so emotional now? Why didn't you care enough when this happened? Even if it was truly an accident, why didn't you do the right thing? You don't get to be upset now. You had your chance and you pissed it away on shopping, partying, and lying. Okay, I think I need to step away from the TV.

Yesterday after court ended early, WESH had on a Body Language Expert regarding Casey's crying. She said you can clearly see that her crying was out of worry and panic - not sadness. She was worrying about what would happen to her now, not sad about what she did/what happened to her kid.
