It's a bit messy and all over the place.

(Yes I'm watching all the way from the UK. This story was all over the news during my last two visits to WDW so I'm vaguely familiar with it.)

yes there was a time period where he was not working and Cindy was not aware of it.

I didn't realize that. I thought I remembered hearing that he was working for a security company maybe? Maybe the kind where you're sent out to jobs? But I thought the prosecutor had the hours when he worked.
