After 2pm summer GP offer

A similar ticket was offered in 2019 and we loved them! Our family has medical issues that mean being out in the heat of the day isn't possible. As others have said 2pm is almost too early for us. We found that we could arrive in the park around 2, focus on indoor attractions (Carousel of Progress) and have an early dinner around 4. By the time the heat was getting to be too much for us, it started cooling off. These tickets were also great for the day after an evening event that lasted until midnight. I'm excited to see them again. Are they really back or just for conventions/a limited time?

They are currently available. They are either 2 or 3 day tickets and are valid for start dates between May 26th and July 29th.

Perhaps an effort by Disney to spread out the crowd levels at parks which would be a good thing in my view. May work for some but not others depending on how you choose to do Disney parks. Most likely they already know peak times for crowds based on tracking when people enter.

These tickets may work well for the teens and young adults in our traveling party, since they don't wake up until noon anyway.
A saving is a saving, no matter how small.
