If you drown why put duct tape on her?
I thought the same thing...
This "lawyer" is a real piece of work.
If you drown why put duct tape on her?
How will Bozo explain that George is former law enforcement, isn't it reasonable to assume that he would have been compelled to call 911 or at least maintain composure during a crisis not initiate a cover up. Also- shouldn't George of all people be able to have come up with a better cover up than this????
Exactly. He was implying that only *items* are evidence. When I voir dire a jury I *always* talk about what is evidence. Many people don't realize that testimony is evidence. Sometimes all you have is testimony and that doesn't mean the incident didn't happen. Sometimes you can't have physical evidence by the nature of the allegation.
By implying that only items are evidence, he's trying to get the jury to ignore testimony and/or ignore what you get when you add up circumstantial evidence.
Okay...so I have a Master's degree and I can't follow what the heck Baez is saying....it looks like he will try to confuse the jury so much that they have reasonable doubt as to why they are even there.

Good one!Maybe Mr. Kronk couldn't keep his story straight because he too was molested as a child and it is a defense mechanism for being wronged as a child.
I said this only because I find it interesting that Bozo is expecting honesty from everyone except Casey.
Good question. If you drown why put duct tape on her?
That's his technique...total confusion. I think that's what he was tweaking during those 8 years he couldn't get into the bar.Okay...so I have a Master's degree and I can't follow what the heck Baez is saying....it looks like he will try to confuse the jury so much that they have reasonable doubt as to why they are even there.

To keep the fluids from draining out.
wow it george's fault b/c he covered it up, it's cindy's fault b/c she left the pool ladder down. it's the fault of the police b/c they botched the investigation, it's the media's fault b/c the have sensationalized the case. i haven't heard one time that casey shared some responsibility in the death of her precious daughter. sickening.![]()
Wasn't that why she supposedly lied about going off each day to work and leaving Caylee with a babysitter...to keep her away from George? Or did I read something into something else? Not sure...hard to follow. If George abused Casey, WHY would she allow him to be around her daughter?
