The problem with his reason is....IF she drowned why go through with a DEATH PENILTY TRIAL!!!???? They could have went to police years ago and already been out of jail for a simple cover up!! I think after trying so hard to get the evidence thrown out and they could not stall anymore they had to come up with a good story.....she could have been DONE with this by now and out of jail...I do not buy the whole I was molested story...she let her dd stay with gparents with no problem,This girl is such a liar and I do not think ANYONE will buy this.

OK, Im not a lawyer, Id love to ask those that are....

Is this a normal opening statement? Why does it sound he is trying his case now? Fighting the evidence ? These arguments now are the ones he used during the hearings to fight its admissibility. The judge ruled against him and admitted it all. I just want to know if this is normal?

I loved Dr Vass testimony during the hearings. Ifound him charming, engaging and interesting. Not at all boring.

Some young woman he met at Publix, when they were handing out pamphlets when Caylee was missing, and they supposedly had an affair. Not sure...was she the one who showed up at the hotel when he tried to kill himself? He called her, or texted her?
