do you have any play with your times? even going over by 1/2 hr allows you to get a week to use the $40 coupon...i just ran from 4/29 at noon to 5/3 at 12:30 and used the $40 code and got a rate of $85

OMG! Thanks so much! I just got it for $83.68!!! Does it matter if I'm actually not getting there until 5pm to pick it up, and I'm returning it at around 9am on 5/3? Or do they really not pay much attention to that?

That id and coupon code made mine go up $100???? So crazy! I am sitting at $135 for 8 days and 9 hours through Alamo. I wonder if it is becuase I am dropping it off at another airport??

I originally had a full size for 3 days for $115, return to the Dolphin and take DME back to the airport. Our last night we are staying at an airport hotel so it would be DME to MCO, then hotel shuttle to the hotel and then back again in the AM. Add in tips for the DME driver and shuttle drivers and it's just about the same price! And this will be easier and more convenient to just drive ourselves back to MCO rather than shuttling

Did I see someone here post that there is no standard size car at MCO, so if I book standard I will still get full size?

Thanks for posting the Insider Contract ID7015820. I used it with the $40 coupon (AD4027JDO) and got my 9-day full size down to $138 total.

This is now a savings of $100 from the original reservation I made a couple of months ago when we booked our trip.

I'm going to keep checking as my dates get nearer. I wonder how many people overpay simply because they don't look for discounts?

Click on "more options" under the reservation page. Enter the united id in the corp. id box and enter the $40 off coupon (ad4027jdo) in the coupon box.

Got the same e-mail today. Using the new discount ID (7015820) plus the $40 off coupon (AD4027JDO) and the Insider ID, the midsize rate for a week plus 4 hours May 21-28 is now down to $111.44.

I tried using the 20% off but it actually made my price HIGHER. A lot higher. So I took out the 20% off code and just used the $40 coupon. Knocked another $10 off my ressie!

My midsize car rental for May 20-28th is now down to $111.45. That's down a little over $22 since yesterday and $27 since Monday! Thanks for posting the new Insider code. I didn't get the e-mail either.

We are looking for a car with a pick up at WDW. The rates with Alamo & National at WDW for a 7 day are still over $200.

However, we did find an Alamo Insiders weekend rate that is good at the Dophin or the CCC. That rate starts at $15 per day and if you keep it 3 days, coupon code AD5691JDV will take another $25 off. We have a 4 day Premium car with pick up at the Dolphin for $98.

It hurts that I could get a full size for a week for less if I picked up at the airport, but it doesn't hurt enough to make it worth going back to the airport! -- Suzanne

Rates on Alamo have really dropped. I now have a full size vehicle from May 11 to May 17 for only $88.00.

I used the 20% off and $40.00 coupon as an Alamo insider.

When I first started looking at rates 8 weeks ago, the totals were well over $200 for same time period.
