Can you reuse Magic Bands?

I recently went to Disney and had two different reservations. We have two sets of Magic Bands. A friend of mine is going for a last minute trip this weekend. If they have an on-site resort reservation, do they get a new set of bands even though it is last minute or should I give them mine to use?

Would they get bands at check in? Would they be grey or could they choose?

They will get MB at check in. MB can't be reassign once they have been used.

You can't give someone else yours to use, it's linked to your account. They will receive a band, but it will be grey, and at the desk. They can, however, purchase a band when they are there with whatever color (about 13 dollars) or character (20-30 dollars) they want. Some of the bands even talk when you use certain touch points.

magic bands can be reused but only by the person it was assigned to.

they will get magic bands at check in.

they MAY be able to choose but generally if you are going last minute and cannot customize your magic band they will just give you grey.

if they get grey and would rather have a different color they can always purchase other colors or perhaps just buy a sleeve to go over the grey ones.

Tell them to customize the bands in MDE. I believe that they are created and given at checkin if you do that.

If you don't do it, they give you grey ones.
