My local grocery store has had pork dirt cheap recently. In the past couple weeks I have made shredded bbq pork, grilled boneless pork loin chops, and carnitas. Today, I filled up the crockpot with pork and sauerkraut only to find out that I will be the only one home for dinner tonight
Tomorrow is Parent Night at band camp so we'll be having dinner with DS. We'll never finish this much pork and sauerkraut in the next couple of days! Can I freeze it? I usually freeze crockpot leftovers like black beans and rice or soups but I have never tried to freeze sauerkraut before!
