My husband received a "hotdog cooker" for his birthday. It is a counter top machine that rollls the hot dogs and cooks them, like in 7-11. He is dearly attached to having hot dogs before bed and is insisting that he bring it along (we are driving) so he can make himself hot dogs for snacks after the parks at night.

We are staying in a studio, are there any rules against bringing something like that? I would assume that it would be like bringing a foreman grill or hot plate.

I've never brought cooking accessories to a hotel before... :confused3

I don't know the answer, but I just wanted to tell you how cute you puppies are.

I don't think that that would be a problem. They have a microwave in the room, I don't think the hot dog cooker would be frowned upon..

I didn't think so either, but I thought I'd throw it out there to get other opinions... Now he wants to bring a toaster too....

Yep, toasters, coffe makers, and microwaves are there.

We bring our Senseo coffee machine and asked the front desk about it. They said it was fine as long as it was in good working order.

We bring a crockpot. Guest Services said no problem with it in a DVC studio or villa.

As a survivor of bypass surgery, myself...if your husband is having hot dogs every night before bed, as a snack, I hope he is also having regular cholesterol screening.

Yea, the puppy photos is all I saw in the original post. I have no idea what the topic is but, the puppies do catch your eye.
