Will it fit under your seat or in the overhead baggage compartment? If not, then probably no.

most US domestic carriers don't have any in-seat electric outlets on their planes, so you wouldn't really have a way to power it.

i wanna bring it to my disney trip, in the rooms

and the measurement on each side is no longer than a foot

its pretty small, just need it for some beverages during my stay
