Can AP holders book more than 1 room for the same dates?

Maybe it's a dumb question, but I have yet to be an AP holder, so I don't know if there are rules like "max number of rooms an AP holder can book for the same dates".

I was planning on upgrading my parkhopper to an AP (yes, I know...I've heard it from many of you...IT'S ABOUT TIME I GET AN AP! ) when we visit in October, but wanted to know about this first.

1 room is usually all we'll need.

2 rooms occasionally. (For my brother and his family)

3 rooms would be a miracle event! (I've tried and tried, but I can't talk my parents into going to DL or WDW for a family vacation)
