Can a PTR be therapeutic?YUP!!Addictive?**2/14-I'm home...**

Thanks for the advice Jordan and Kat. I hope I survive ME on Wednesday!!!

As much as I've been complaining about being disorganized, I finally finished packing tonight!!! I just have to survive teaching 5 year olds tomorrow and Wednesday morning!

How's your packing coming along?

your ticker says 1 day. :woohoo: :woohoo:

I wouldn't worry about ME, we did it in July and it was great.

Hey Jordan, enjoying the antics and fun!!!

I keep up like every few days!! We had our unit study on Mexico today!!
Made maraccas!!!!:cheer2:

I think you will love it - - very easy - all of our guests use ME. We used to pick everyone up at the airport and now they would rather use ME. I just thought about something - - maybe it's my driving - no movies onboard my van - :rotfl:

Hey, I just found your pre-trip report, like you I didn't know there was such thing. I was attracted to yours because my dd5 name is Jordyn. I have been having alot of family and unforseen financial problems and planning a disney vacay is my therapy and your report has been very theraputic. I started reading yesterday and just finished reading the whole report. Thank you so much for taking the time to write it. By the way, alot of the things you do remind of myself before I was married. My hubbie would die of embarrassment if I still did.
Kristen

:welcome: party: :dancer: :dancer:

Thanks for taking the time to read...it's been a fun ride so far....

I've enjoyed "meeting" people here....and the fact that they share something that I love makes it so much better.

You can live vicariously through my report.....;)

Binder = gud. ::yes::

So the binder is a "he" eh? :scratchin:

I think early on people kept saying that I should take Binder on a date......

I didn't really think too much about it as he is an inanimate object. He's more of a buddy than a potential love interest; therefore, I made the decision to make him a he and not a she....

Now Flat Winkers on the other hand......all woman.:thumbsup2

I have a "she" BINDER that we could hook him up with :lovestruc

(Don't mind the Emergency Pee Container. It's just an old boyfriend.)

Binder is having some issue right now.....:confused3

4 more days for you.....:woohoo: :yay: :dance3:  :cool1:

I'm packing right now...well..not RIGHT now, but you get the idea...

1 more day for you....:yay:

I'm torn on ME. I really like it, but I also liked the Towncar service that we always use. It felt like a little being a celebrity getting picked up in a towncar or in our case an Escalade....it was fun AND we got a free grocery stop out of it...

Ah, that is the difference in my van from ME - I have already purchased all of the groceries and paid for them - - that is why my guests love the movie and ME - - - - geez, I'm slow!!:confused3

How expensive is the town car service? I've thought about suprising my family with it next time.

Binder, Winkers, Packing....ADRs

Packing

I'm continuing the packing process.

I've packed all my toiletries in my toiletries bag. It's stuffed. I'll probably dump any half used items at the end of the trip.

I started packing my carry on with batteries, SD card, Trip Journal (thanks KathyRN for the advice), 2 changes of clothes.

I added more to the 1st suitcase:

Now. I know it doesn't look much different. It's 2 levels now...

Binder vs Winkers

As I was packing today I kept noticing Flat Winkers missing. I had to go look for her several times....Here are a few places I found her:

In the trash:

In the washing machine:

In the oven:

I finally figured out what was going on. Binder has felt a little left out since Flat Winkers has arrived. So he tried to "off" her....I gave him a talking to:

Later I found both of them...looks like they're getting along now:rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Of course, Flat Winkers will be popping up near sleeping people on the trip. I'm getting practice on my roommate:

ADRs....more changes

Today and yesterday, Wendy cancelled Wednesday, Feb 6th dinner @ Sci-Fi, cancelled Sunday, Feb 10th @ CA Grill. Added Whispering Canyon Cafe on Saturday the 9th, then cancelled it and added Kona Cafe instead. She also added 1 more adult to her ADR at Narcoosee's.

Still pondering the following restaurants. They would be OOP since they aren't on the DDP. Bistro de Paris and Portobello.

I think I'll be able to handle ME. Unless, that is, I cave tonight and make a reservation for a town car. Hmmm decisions decisions.

I am so excited!!! One more day! ONE MORE DAY!!!!   I wonder if my students will be as excited as I am today?

I love Flat Winkers! Soo funny! It reminds me of the Flat Stanley project we do every spring in my kindergarten class.

How is Whispering Canyon Cafe? Considering it for our August trip.

JORDAN!!

Dude, I was having a lousy morning, and now I am just snickering. THanks!

Poor flat Winkers! Poor Binder! :lmao:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
Glad to see Flat Winkers and Binder getting along now.
Great way to start my morning.:lmao:
I am giving up on trying to keep up with your ADR. I'll just follow where you eat on you TR.:confused3
Getting closer and closer.:thumbsup2

Forgot to ask this last post.
How do the Rainbows hold up with getting wet?
There is no avoiding this at WDW.

Tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Consider your experience this time with ME a dry run for August. If you like it, then you know you'll be okay for your next trip....

I wonder what Winkers will think when you compare her to a bunch of kindergarteners.:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I haven't eaten there since 2002. I remember it being good and noisy.
