wow sandy your really busy! I hope tomorow goes smoothly!
Today was fun and also frustrating.
Marc came home last night very late. He finished his shift and someone elses shift and 12 hours of overtime. This was supposed to give him 7 days off straight. Instead of staying the night at his moms house and come up to davis in the morning, he came home last night. He got here about 1:30. So i didnt have class in the morning and we woke up and decided we wanted to eat lunch together. So i skipped my statistics class and went out to lunch with him before work. While I was at work he found out some bad news about his schedule.
The guy that he traded with and who was covering his shift was sick and couldnt come it. So they are making him show up to work tomorrow! This same guy is also still in his probation period and hasnt passed his pack test. He only has one more chance and if he doesnt pass, hes laid off. If he doesnt pass, marc will more than likely have to pick up his shift as well! So he was here for only a few hours and had to leave again. So in retrospect im really glad i skipped class because i was actually able to see him and catch up a little.
Today was one of my friends from works birthday. a bunch of us went to sacramento to sky high. Its a trampoline place. There are big sections of trampolines together with trampoline walls and pads. It was pretty fun. Then afterward we had frozen yogurt. And tomorrow is Picnic Day. its a pretty big day for my campus. Its like our open house and is much much much more of a big deal than any homecoming. We have parades and battle of the bands. We have dachsund? races and tons of little exhibits. A lot of alumni and pre freshman come. This is my first year not participating in the band so i dont know what ill do. In Band our day starts at 4:30 and doesnt end until we stop our party late at night. But by time we ever get to a party everyone is asleep on their feet. We do 2 parades and a battle of the bands that is constantly playing for sometimes 12 hours!

I need to find some inspiration!

James and I went out Sat. to Lowe's and bought a new spreader and stuff to treat our yard for fleas. (Jim was at work) Then we put it all out and had to spend the rest of the day moving the sprinkler around to get it all watered in. Today I bathed both outside dogs (Fifi gets a bath every week since she stays inside) and trimmed their fur. I think I may break out the clippers in a few days and give them a big haircut - Hannah especially, she has long hair. Keep in mind that they all hate this!! But now all three are clean and flea free and so is the yard.
Granted, they won't accumulate, but I still don't want to see them

Theres lot of dogs up at the reservation and he thinks shes a stray. Hes wanted a dog for a while now and he seems smitten with her. lol. if he takes her hes taking her to the vet this morning to get checked out and take care of the ticks.
Actually my roommate found her when she sneezed. She was curled up inside the guitar stand.
BTW she was about 21 or so when this happened...dan was about 38. They should have known better. lol
Now this may seem cold to many, but it's better than what we've had. Plus, we will have some sunshine today, instead of grey w/ rain. By Friday, we'll have a high of 80 degrees
