it's getting so cold here at night and in the early morning. It makes for some good sleeping weather, but so hard to wake up in the morning

BabyKate is home today though because she had a fever at daycare yesterday - but she seems fine to me now. Luckily, my mom can watch her while I do this party because it would be so hard to take her with.
I'm already looking forward to coordinating next years party 
When I asked Stephanie what her favorite part of the party was, she said, "You being there." How sweet was that!!!! 
I'm glad the Halloween party went well & I hope the carnival goes well! My kids have Fall Carnival tomorrow. I'm room mom so I coordinate it all, but I couldn't get off work! 
Luckily my mom is going for me! DD's are 10 and 17. Both cheer! We love it!!

The trimmings are going to be all gold, red, and ivory and the tree has all white lights The tree is making it's debut the weekend before Thanksgiving so I don't have boxes laying all over the place when the relatives come over on Thanksgiving day - I can hardly wait to see how it looks Our second X-mas tree (our fun tree) will then go up the day after Thanksgiving - it's beginning to look a lot like X-mas and it's not even Halloween yet
I felt so bad for Stephanie and every other kid out trying to trick-or-treat . We kept Katie in a stroller for 1 block (the walk from my moms to Kevins mom). We left Kate at Kevins moms house and took Stephanie trick-or-treating more in the rain and we weren't gone to long until she started to say that her feet were soaked . I knew they would be because she was Minnie Mouse and she had on these cute little shoes that left her feet pretty exposed and there was standing water every where. So we went back to Kevin's moms to get Kate and Kevin walked back to my moms to get his car to pick us up so the kids didn't have to be in the rain anymore. We went to my moms for our family's Halloween tradition of eating chili and hotdogs after trick-or-treating was over - this part of the night was not crappy . Whenever it's nice and you can be out longer, you always get a ton of candy That's great that your kids are so willingly involved in school - I hope that continues for them!! It is rainging this morning - first time in weeks! We did get too much candy!! We did our neighborhood (very small - on street) with all the neighbors. This used to be fun, but now I find that some of the children are so RUDE and poorly behaved that it isn't fun! After that we drove across the street and aprked at the church & I took James and Emily alone. This was much more enjoyable. They are at such a fun age! Jim was at the firestation - of course! We would have driven by there, but they spent the day and night at a 2 alarm fire! No injuries!! 
You will have to post a pic of your new Christmas tree when it is up! Is there somewhere on here that will tell me how to put a pic in my post - I would love to show you a picture of my kids! Have a great day!! Don't eat too much candy!
. If you told me this, I'm sorry, but what were your kids for Halloween?? I agree with you about how so many kids are very rude while they are trick-or-treating, you would think they never had candy before When it comes to posting pictures, I learned how to do this on the technical support forum and Dan Murphy was an excellent guide I can try to walk you through it, but I'm not very computer savy and I'm afraid that I won't explain it as well as someone like Dan. If you have any questions about posting pictures though, let me know, and I'll try to help the best I can
