Buying a vehicle for a senior

The power sliding back doors on my minivan are wonderful for that - my mom can put her walker inside with or without folding it and only have to take two steps without it to get into the front seat, rather than coming from the trunk or a hinged back door.

I love the sliding back doors. But a mini van is actually pretty long, so that doesn't work for my mom. I wish they still made a short bodied minivan. Those were awesome.
