I can't imagine what it would have felt like to be one of theose people already packed on the bus when that happened with no place to go. I just got back from WDW and there were a couple of nights when we were on a standing room only bus...so happy that didn't happen while we were there. I understand that the man was obviously out of control so someone stepping in to try and break it up might have escalated the situation but I also can't believe no one didn't at least try to step in and help. I was also going to say it seemed like it took a while for help to get there (though I never really saw security). I realized there was a plain clothes security officer on the bus supposedly, and I'm sure he's trained to know when to step in but I am still surprised I didn't see more of a presence quicker. It's sad however you view it though. I think the bus driver deserves a raise or a paid day off.
