Burudika being eliminated

Ther are several sides to this that we may not know completely. It could be as everyone suspects budget cut but what if the performers themselves don't want to do it anymore. For example on thing I saw about off-kilter was they wanted to be able to play various festivals but couldn't as it would mean that they would have to pay for replacements at Walt Disney World out of their own pocket.
