Brooklyn is getting so big! I love all the pictures of her decorating the tree, you can tell she is really into decorating. So cute.

Santa Bella is just adorable.

Maybe she has a career ahead of her in interior decorating.
And she can have her own show on HGTV.

We need Jill to out up some video of Bella so you can see her crazy crawl and hear her gougar growl!

I have been freezing all day, too, MeMom! I guess it is too soon for me to be wishing for warm weather.

I can't believe how long Brooklyn's hair is getting, and Santa Bella is too cute!

As soon as Christmas and New Year's festivities are over, I'm ready for spring.

Maybe we should pack a turkey leg in the park bag for waiting in lines. It could be good for all of us.

Good for Brooklynn and her magic snowman pajamas -- it apparently worked all the way in Massachusetts, too, because we got some on Saturday as well.

I am posting as I am catching up, so I haven't read ahead to know if she answered, but I think she got everything at Target at the Dollar Spot. She seems to think she's Santa Claus these days!!!

We rode Buzz three times in a row - off and right back on - during MNSSHP this year. Brooklyn loved it!

I have decided (with great deliberation & with some great advice) to change our trip from March Break to August.

In the end it made more sense to wait and go for 2 weeks in August.

Lexi is still very excitted and can't wait to have more time to discover and try new things.

We will be adding on the Water Parks & More so that is something new we've never seen!

I'll even get to try out more restaurants and snacks...

All I can say is "WATCH OUT WDW", this trip is a "very overdue" and this girl is going to enjoy every minute!

We'll keep each other company around here through March. It's going to be a sad month, but it will pay off for us later. You will love having two weeks! It'll spoil you, though. Short trips just seem like they go so fast now.

I've never done either waterpark, but I know that will change as the girls get older.

I am catching up. I love all the pictures. Brooklyn is so cute in her PJ's. We got the same snow on Saturday in Murfreesboro (heard Nashville didn't get any, which I thought was strange since we are so close). Abby comes and curls in our bed on the weekends for some cartoons. We turn on Disney Channel, of course. It was the Micky Mouse Clubhouse where is snows. Just then Mickey said "look everyone it snowed". I remembered they said there was a chance of snow during the night so jumped up and looked out the window. Abby came running over and she thinks it snowed since it snowed at Mickey's Clubhouse and it was all because of Mickey. I love kids imaginations. I wish they didn't grow so fast.

I've been waiting for you to come back and tell us about the big reveal! How did the pink cake go over?

I love kids, too. My principal told me a story today about his grandson, 4, helping him set up Christmas decorations. The little boy was supposed to set up the manger while his grandad went to get some more lights out of a box. Granddad ame back and saw the manger scene set up, and watching the baby Jesus were the wise men, a couple of action figures (I think he said one was Batman, and Winnie-the-Pooh. I know that was so cute.

As I said, I'm winging this quickly before Prep and Landing comes on, so I just scrolled through. I saw that that that whatever that is, and I thought in a nanosecond - SHOCKER!

It's one thing when you scare the people over on your TR, but when you go to other people's houses and start scaring people...

I'm telling your wife!

MeMom, Thank you so much for the "Princess and the Frog" book! I plan to read it to the kids tomorrow. They were ecstatic when I told them the pen pal letters had arrived. We opened them after lunch and then the kids got a chance to read then aloud in their home rooms. Your students wrote very sweet letters! Our students are already thinking about how they are going to answer the many questions posed to them by their pen pals. Such fun times! We all can't wait for our next letter writing time.

Hope the kids like the book.

I hope Channel 2 felt the unhappiness going toward them about thirty minutes ago when the announcement was made that Charlie Brown and Prep and Landing would not be shown tonight.

um....hello????? how has this been around as long as it has and i'm just now knowing about it???? oh, i just noticed that it was started on 11/30. that explains it. i was proofreading a 895-page transcript at the end of november so all i did for those few days was proofread and post erica, heather and lauren's pictures!

Oh yes... I came in the family room and saw my DH watching Titans on 2 and I knew right then. I couldn't believe it. But, now I get to DIS and tell you the reveal went perfect. My mom was the most unsuspecting - she didn't thing we found out. My sisters knew I had found out and what the plan was. When Mom brought out her pumpkin pies, she left the room briefly. I ran to the garage fridge and brought it out and set the cake next to the pies. She came back and I asked her if all the desserts were out. She looked at me like I had three heads. We have a video of it all - it was priceless. She read the "Guess what we are having" and flipped out. I explained to Abby what was happening - she felt so important getting to cut the cake (my plan exactly). With all all my family around Abby slowly cut the cake. When the pink was showing, there were screams and tears of joy. Abby still says to people now, even complete strangers, "the cake was pink so I am having a sister". She is so proud and ready to have a sister. One of my sisters told me the funniest thing. During all this, before we cut the cake, my one sisters step daugher who is 23, didn't know what was going on. She thought we were all supposed to guess what kind of cake we were having and shouted out "Red Velvet". I can't stop laughing about that. I love knowing Abby is going to have sister, like I do. I love my sisters dearly and hope Abby forms the same bond with hers (of course we went through the period where we couldn't stand each other, too, but since college, we have been very close). Once of these days, I will take the time to figure out how to post a picture and post it for you.

We got to see Prep & Landing here and for those of you who missed it, it is super cute. They really could have made it longer than a half hour very easily. We put Isabella to bed and then John , Brooklynn and I ate chocolate chip cookies while we watched it. A pretty perfect ending to a crazy day I must say!

MeMom that is so sad. My kids at school are super excited... I am sure we will talk some Disney tomorrow. My girl students are beyond excited about the Princess and the Frog movie too. They know that my princesses +1 extra princess will be going Friday night !

The first time we saw it was terrible but then we saw it again this trip and I loved it. It was hilarious. It's like turtle talk you never know when you'll get a good show a bad show or a "why do I see this" show.

Before all the leaves fell off the trees, I wanted to get a picture of my neighborhood for you with all the foliage, but since I missed that opportunity, I'll get another picture of it in the snow. Most of it's gone now but I'm sure we'll be getting more.

We've never done Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, but I would fear it for probably the same reason as you -- I would NOT want any attention lavished on me. My dad, on the other hand, would want to be "that guy," and we'd want it that way, too.

I LOVE the picture of the castle. I could seriously stand on that bridge and watch it change colors all night.

I completely forgot to watch Prep and Landing! I'm ashamed of myself...I'll use the fact that I had to spend a slightly terrifying 45 minutes alone in the dark as an excuse. Around 5 o'clock today I was sitting on the couch watching TV. I was the only one home besides the cats and the dog. And all of a sudden...everything went dark. The power on the whole street went out. I'm not really afraid of the dark, but the combination of the dark and the silence was freaking me out. Luckily, my laptop was charged so I turned that on and watched the Disney vacation videos I put on there over the weekend
