Brooklynn takes Bella to see Cinderella. Last thread.

I think the guy in the front has been on the ride a time or two :rotfl:

Will absolutely have to go back to ride Splash Mountain.... it looks like so much fun!

Love the Splash Mountain picture :rotfl:

One of my friend's teachers left school early today to go to Disney. I was so jealous when I heard that  I would've loved to leave school and head for the happiest place on earth!

I have to say, we could be twins in that splash mountain picture! Except I had DD in the seat with me and you couldn't see either one of us! :goodvibes

Good Friday morning!!!!!! :teacher: I just had to tell you that I am on my way out the door headed to Disney on Ice this morning!!!!! I am going with DD on her kindergarten field trip. I am very excited! (And so is DD, of'course, ya know it is her field trip :rolleyes1) We are seeing the Celebrations show. We have all our light up thingys ready from past Disney trips and DD has her minnie outfit complete with shoes all ready to go. Somehow, I don't think the other kids and parents will be quite as into it as we are????;) Then we are seeing P&F tomorrow, so I will get my Disney fix this weekend!!!!:cool1:

Happy Friday!

I have the morning off.....I should bake something......wrap something....instead of laying here all comfy in my bed on the DIS...:rotfl:

I saw Prep & Landing. It's very cute but I agree with BrooklynnsMommy it could have been longer. ;)

It wasn't postponed here, it's been on a couple of times since. I hope you get to see it soon.

I can't wait to see Princess and the Frog. :lovestruc

I work a double shift tomorrow (between two stores) and Sunday too.

I'm hoping to find time during the week but I will be working alot!

Enjoy your visit with 'the girls'. :goodvibes

I'd love to know what that guy on the far right was thinking!

This made me giggle!

Great updates!

He was probably wondering why anyone would be taking a picture of a crowd of people - no characters, no rides, no family lined up and smiling...just a crowd.

He just doesn't know me very well, huh?

Ahhh Splash Mountain. :goodvibes There was a time that I could not get enough of this ride! Now that I've gotten older...well...I guess I don't find it much fun anymore to walk around all day in wet clothes. :confused3  I'm definately going to wear a poncho next time!

The poncho will take care of that. Now you know you can ride Splash any time day or night with your handy-dandy little poncho. :thumbsup2

I am going to miss Splash Mountain when we go down in February! Oh well, it's just another excuse to go back.

I love the ride photo, too -- I especially like the guy in the front who seemed to know just where the camera was. My brother was always pretty good at that.

Yes, it's always nice to have an excuse to go back! ::yes::

you look like me on splash mountain!!! i always have a poncho on because i hate having wet underwear.

so you were in MK at 1:00 a.m. and then up again by 6:30 a.m.? wow...you live on the wild side. i'd still be in dreamland.

I was probably up at 5 something, dressed, and waiting, thus the random picture of the picture.

Love all the pictures from inside Splash Mt. ! The ride photo priceless !:rotfl:

That is true. No one would pay any price for that picture. ;)

Yeah, it's a must do!

Me, too. Any school day of any year, I'd be happy to be leaving to go to WDW! :cool1:

None of my kids would be ducking down. They'd all be laughing it up and making fun of me. :goodvibes

I want to hear all about that! What a great field trip! :woohoo: Our school system wouldn't consider that educational, I bet, but I may give it a try next year!

Enjoy the movie!

What did you bake?

We'll be sing it tomorrow afternoon and then I'm spending the evening with the girls while Jill and John go to a Christmas party.

Your Splash Mountain picture is a scream!!! How fun!

At least my clothes stayed dry, right?

Love the Splash Mountain pic!

More pictures coming tonight.

Here's a little hint at where we might be headed next.

What a cute shirt!

I just wanted to tell you that you should check into the Disney on Ice field trip. There were tons of schools there today. In fact, the showings on Wed., Thurs., and Fri. mornings are for school trips only. The place was packed and most of them were public schools (I saw the buses in the parking lot). So you might be able to pull that off after all.

I'd have to say that I have a mixed review of the show. We saw DOI last year also and it was the World's of Fantasy show (told the story of Little Mermaid, Tinkerbell, Lion King and Cars). I have to say that I loved seeing soooooo many characters in the Celebrations show. I mean there were characters everywhere. That was awsome. But I think the WOF show was better overall. I DID NOT LIKE the halloween portion of the show AT ALL!! Now we don't celebrate Halloween so I may be a little biased, but I really thought that part of the show was long and just bad (dark, scary, morbid, loud....). It featured Jack Skellington (sp.?) and a few Villians. Just hated that part. But the rest of the show was cute. I did not like the music as good as WOF either. I am a stickler for the original versions of Disney songs and they used remixed, hip hop versions sung by different artists, and that just didn't sound right to me.

We still had a great time though. I loved seeing Mickey and Minnie in all the different costumes. The snow at the end was nice too. DD loved that! Can't wait for P&F tomorrow. You are going to see it tomorrow too, right? Be sure to let us know how you liked it!

OMG, that shirt is the cutest!! Did you buy or make? I want one of my own!!

Go over to the DISigns board if you want to spend lots of time looking at many cool things to put on shirts.

You did a great job Jill!

Didn't she? There should be pictures of the fronts in some of the next pictures.

I am going to, but our system is so weird about things. Since the high schools use the same buses as the elementary schools, elementary schools have to be back from field trips at 12:30 at the latest. The limits what we can do, along with a bunch of silly rules. Believe me, I will be looking into it next time!

Ypu are getting a good Disney fix this week!

Good morning, Pop!

IMG_0003.jpg

Did you notice that a couple of the Pop dancers were getting into the 'hidden' game? ;)

Waiting outside the gates at Hollywood Studios, we saw this group taking a little tour inside.

IMG_0009.jpg

Now I am not a young Japanese girl, but if I was, I think I would have a crush on the guy in the suit. :)

Empty streets.

It was surely going to be a

A few other people joined us.

We didn't have time to stick around and watch these big stars, though. We were bound for:

IMG_0029.jpg

Check out this groovy little 3D girlie.

IMG_0031.jpg

I'm not sure. Are these scores high?

IMG_0032.jpg

Story time.
This is the one about the baby who scared the sweet little toys.

IMG_0033.jpg

From TSMM, we lined up for Playhouse Disney.

IMG_0034.jpg

IMG_0036.jpg

I think most people weren't interested in lining up with us this time.

IMG_0037.jpg

Surprise! Bella is asleep!

IMG_0038.jpg

IMG_0042.jpg

Time for Mickey and his pals to plan a party.

And then Mickey and friends are back.

Lots of fun to have two girls! Maybe you'll get to know the joys of matching hairbows and hats and dresses and outfits.

Love the TSM t-shirts! I can't seem to find much in the way of DISigns that I like for this trip.
I've been spending lots of time searching the threads...
Jill, do you remember what thread you found those DISigns on?

Looks like she's off now.
I'm calling her right now so she can come back and answer you.

She didn't answer. I'll ask her tomorrow.

If you remember the Tilt photography day at MK, here is the one for EPCOT.

Great shirts Jill. Great update MeMom.
How many days left until you leave for WDW? 16 for you? 18 for me.:banana:
