Both park EE in 1 day?

I'm seeing all these reports about Hagrids being incredibly busy in the morning (getting there at 7 for an 8am EE needed). My party probably would rather hit it later in the day and sleep, so I'm thinking about trying to do everything else that morning and getting there like 745. Would you think it feasible to do Vel, Hogwarts and Hippogriff (or at least one of the hp ones and Vel) and book it to UO to do Gringotts before EE ends? My whole party is full of adults so we can move pretty quickly. This seems crazy as it's a Saturday in April but I'm thinking it just might work

You'll lose at least 15 minutes getting from IOA to UO because Velocicoaster, Hogwarts & Diagon Alley are all at or near the back of the parks. Plus time waiting in the lines for the rides you want to do. I'd suggest concentrating on EE at one or the other.

I don't think that is doable unless you are at the very front of the line. Being in line even with the ticket booths, put me at 30 minutes for Hagrids.
Velocicoaster has a similar line. If you get off that early, the line for Hogwarts was very short as was Hippogriff.
I don't see a way to do those 3 AND walk to the front of the park, go to the other park, get to the back of the park before 9 am.
When we were there, there was NOT an early entry area for Universal (there was for IOA, but many without EE went through the main entrance), everyone went through the main gate, then got weeded out for Early Entry as you headed toward the back.
