BOG Lunch Lines

I'm a big fan of Beauty and the Beast, so at some point during our trip, I'd like to visit BOG. Their dinner menu does not interest me, so I thought lunch would be a good option. We have a TS breakfast and TS dinner planned that day, so I will probably not be hungry, but my DH will undoubtedly be (he is pretty much always hungry ... :confused3). I was wondering - at what time do lunch lines for BOG start to dwindle down (or... do they at all?)? I can't bring myself to use FP+ on it. We were hoping to go around 1:15 on a MK day... just wondering how long we might have to wait based on that time or what time would be best to go for short wait times. Thanks! :)

The lines don't really dwindle down during lunch service. You know that the BOG FP+ is separate from the regular system, right? It's its own system and doesn't detract from the 3 attraction FP+.

I did NOT know that... really??? Why do people call it a FP+, then? I think I've read enough to know how to sign up to get an invite... I'm in shock right now. It REALLY won't take away one of my other FP+s???? :cheer2:

Nope. It is technically a "test" intended for resort guests... It doesn't count towards your three fp+s and it won't show up in mde! it is on a completely separate system!

Now that I've learned FP+ doesn't count toward BOG, it has me wondering about other things that may not be part of the regular 3 FP+. Clearly all the rides will be part of FP+, but what about parade FP, fireworks FP and charachter meet FP? I'm still more than 60 days out from my trip so I haven't been able to check that out on MDE.

Those all "count" as one of your three regular FP+ choices.
