Hi, I am staying in a 2 bedroom villa at the Boardwalk using points. I am so excited. I just starting packing for our trip and was wondering if dish liquid, laundry detergant, shampoo , coffee etc... are supplied in the room and is there enough for four nights? I plan on doing a grocery stop but prefer not to spend the extra money on dish liquid etc... Also we have requested a pack N' play for our DD, are blankets provided? I have been at hotels where nothing has been provided for my DD to sleep with.

Thank you for your help.

Jaime,
dish liquid? Yes--it is a small bottle of Palmolive (I think it is 4oz--definately enough for a 4 night stay) Dishwasher detergent is also supplied. They use the individual use packets, but they supply you with enough for your stay.
laundry detergant - You receive 1 single use box of Tide. A lot of DVC owners bring along the detergent tablets for additional loads as well as dryer sheets.
shampoo -- Yes, it is the standard Mickey shampoo
coffee --you receive a starter package. You should bring your favorite brand of coffee and coffee filters.
Also we have requested a pack N' play for our DD, are blankets provided? The pack n' play should found in one of the closets as well as a high chair. I have seen a fitted sheet for the pack n' play, but I haven't seen any blankets that would be pack n' play size (our "little" one is 15, so we don't use the pack n' play :) ) Maybe someone else will know the answer to that question.

Thank you DC for your help. We have never stayed on-site and didn't know what to expect.

Hi! We are DVC members at BWV and have stayed there 3 times so far...I agree with dcfromva on all the info. The only additions I have is that....the pack n'play doesn't have anything besides the sheet. We brought our daughters blankets from home to make her feel more "at home" in the pack n'play. The high chair wasn't in our room but we requested one and got it right away. And the only other point is that we stayed 9 days and did LOTS of loads of laundry and we just called housekeeping and asked for some extra detergent and they dropped off a couple of boxes. I think we are supposed to be charged on our bill for this but we weren't. Rather than have to buy a big laundry detergent at the store, I would just get the little boxes from housekeeping. Even if they charge you a dollar or two, at least its convenient. The dish soap was defintiely enough even for the length of our stay. I don't drink coffee so can't add to that. Have an excellent stay! You'll love it soooo much!!

Stay nice & warm up there in Canada! :yo-yo:
