Blizzard Beach Later Opening....Why?

My family and I were there in August and I was caught off-guard when we went to Blizzard Beach and they were opening at 10:00am instead of the usual 9:00am. I meant to post this from WDW when I was on property but it slipped me. In the grand scheme of things, it's no biggie but I was wondering if I missed something prior to our trip because I hadn't heard anything.

We love getting to BB early [9:00am] and getting on everything we like by 11:00am and then just relaxing in the lazy river for a while. Sometimes we'll have lunch there or head to DS or our resort for lunch. Just wondering if anyone knew why it opens later now.

Typical Hours:
Typhoon Lagoon opens at 9am. Blizzard Beach, at 10am.
Typhoon Lagoon closes at 7pm. Blizzard Beach, at 8pm.

It saves Disney money to not open both WPs that the same early hour, and to close
one park an hour later than the other.

Their site is showing a ongoing open of TL at 10:00am.
