Quick question...or two. LOL
First, what is the best place or website to find how many calories are in fruits and veges?
I wanted a sandwich with some tomato slices earlier but I have no clue how many calories in a tomato slice.
Also, when it comes to exercise, does it have to be done in one long work out OR can you break it up into maybe 2 or 3 smaller workouts over the day?
For example, does walking 3 times a day for 30 minutes each time, have the same benefits as walking once for 90 minutes?
