Actually someone told me today that when it comes to fruit that grapes is the worst one for you when it comes to dieting. Don't know how true it is. Anyone else heard this?![]()
I'm certainly no expert, but I'd have to agree that on the scale of fruits and calorie/sugar content, grapes are pretty high in both.
My personal philosophy about grapes - which I LOVE, I might add - is they aren't inherently bad. They are just a food. Eat in moderation and it's fine. Now - my personal "I'm going to eat everything that's not nailed down" philosophy about grapes is that grapes - even without moderation - are better than a Snickers bar - especially when I'll eat the snickers and STILL want the grapes.
I say life is too short! Eat grapes (or brownie - singular! - depending on the time of the month!), then if it bothers you, do an extra lap or two on the track
