I do agree that everyone lies/deceives in the game and it is part of gameplay. It happens on Survivor as well. My issue is the gang mentality going on. Everyone jumps on one person to "break them" mentally. It is despicable behavior and shows lack of moral fortitude. They are making the mental abuse personal and not gameplay which crosses the red line for me.

What great wording -- I tried to say that in an earlier post, but this is it in a nutshell. The abuse is also what bothers me and it is relentless when they latch on. Not a fun season this one.

Dang it, I really wanted Alex to stay up, and I think if Paul hadn't won she would have! I have a gut feeling that they are going to back door Kevin -- and that would be a shame to leave a foul-mouthed pervert in the house and take out the quiet one. Whether he wins anything or not, he is by far the least confrontational one in the house!

They get paid a weekly stipend. I believe it's $1,000 a week. Once you are voted out, you stop being paid, unless you make it to Jury, then you will continue to get paid until the game is over. People say coming in 3rd is the worst because you make as much as the person who went in Jury 1st.

I'm pretty sure Jason will be the one to go. Paul cannot afford to have Jason in the house, he is too good at comps. Kevin can't win anything. Paul wants Jason gone, so Jason will be gone. He just put Kevin on the block to appease Alex, they plan on getting her out next in the double eviction Thursday.

Just watching him run from room to room and guest to guest to make deals, confirm agreements and plan ahead is exhausting. The man is fully dedicated to the game and how he wants it to play out and yes, I also think one of the best players in years.

As a player, many pps mentioned James -- he was terrific and we really rooted for him!

Not the last episode especially, he was running around between comps all night -- confirming deals, making deals, appeasing guests, etc. Even my DH commented on how he never rests.

One thing -- speaking of HOH -- that I cannot STAND, is when someone wins the HOH and every one else comes up and sleeps in or plants themselves in that bed! UGH. I think Alex was the only one who said no one could sleep in her bed or eat any of her treats.

And again, to get back to Matt, and this may have already been said, but I truly feel heartsick for that guy. He seems nice enough -- but not only did he give up his chance to win for that ditz, but when he gets out and finds out the truth about her, he will feel blindsided.

THIS!!! I hate that! They just walk in and never knock. Sometimes they are in there and the actual HOH isn't even there, they act like it is any other room.

I don't. He didn't come off as great a guy to me, I guess. The way he went ballistic on Jason last week showed his true colors. He was basically a lazy man who wanted to just float his way to money. He just happened to go for a little nooky while he waited. I no longer think he will be shocked or upset when they get out of the house. I think he will still want to be with her and believe everyone is just out to get her. On the other hand, I see her staying with him only as long as it brings her attention or benefits her in some way.
