The cheese pizza does look burnt 
I'd definitely be sending it back as I don't like burnt items. The Zeppoles look awesome! My husband used to make them when he was a pastry chef working in a restaurant. He hand made the Ricotta for them and it was the only Ricotta he would eat

Oooh the desserts at Via Napoli look wonderful! My dd is a pistachio gelato addict. She wanted to eat here but I was worried that she wouldn't like anything because she doesn't like red sauce. But your Quattri Formaggi pizza looks like something she'd enjoy. I might just add Via Napoli in during our upcoming trip!

So I am going to pause from the meals and show you guys some snacks!! We had 24 snacks we USED THEM ALL!
All snacks on were on the meal plan!
Here are the snacks we obtained throughout Epcot throughout the day.
Schoolbread in Norway

When we got to the World Showcase, I HAD to get me some Schoolbread! I just love this stuff so much! Delicious custardy filling surrounded by delicate bread topped with toasted coconut. There is NOTHING about that description that would make me think this was good but it JUST IS!
Milk Chocolate Salted Carmel from Germany's Karamel Kuche (prounounce KOO-SH-EH if you didn't know!)
Salted Caramel with a bite taken out to show inside!
Again, if you like salted caramel treats (I do! Ever had the Salted Caramel Mocha at Starbucks?) and this was just so good. It is actually a LOT bigger than I thought it was. It was like a little bigger than the palm of my hand! Needless to say, I only could have a few bites throughout the trip because I had so much food in my room!
French Bakery Snacks: (top) Cream Puff (Bottom) Napoleon
Cream puffs aren't my thing, so my DBFF ate the whole thing. She loved it! We actually carried this box back to our room (we got them as we were leaving our the park to go take a break). I was not hungry so I didn't eat it right away. Well, as we collected more and more snack in our room, this kept sitting in the fridge. Finally at the end of our trip I took it out and it just didn't look like it help up well so I threw the whole thing away!
I love the Napoleon's at the French Bakery but I can't tell you how this one tasted.
Sugar Crepe from France
Now we got this RIGHT before we watched Illuminations. We actually watched it from the little area right next to the crepe stand! My DBFF LOVES crepes and she the last time she went to Disney World she didn't get one. So she was determined to get one this trip! She loved it and ate the whole thing. Just in case you're curious, she said that the crepes themselves are pre-made, they put them onto a heating device and then put on the toppings then roll it up. So the sugar is throughout the rolled up crepe. I don't like the thin pancake thing, so I don't like this but if you like crepes, it's a nice use of a snack credit!
Cheesecake Brownie from the Boardwalk Bakery
Cheesecake layer over a layer of brownie. WOW! I put this in the fridge in my room and ate it bite by bite over the course of the week! Brownie was chewy, cheesecake was super flavorful and a great texture.
Chocolate Bon Bon Orea Cupcake
How much do you want to eat those ears off right now? I can't remember, but I think this was a yellow cupcake and not a chocolate cupcake that disappointed DBFF! Otherwise, it was still a super yummy cupcake!

Yummy snacks and Illuminations - what a great combo! I've never had the napolean but I certainly want to try one someday.
As for your Via Napoli dessert (sorry about the overdone pizza) those little donut thingies sound wonderful! If I order those I think I will just ask for double whip cream hold the chocolate.

I have heard about that brownie-cheesecake at BW Bakery. If they have it in Dec, it could be dangerous!! We are staying at BW, so if I like the dessert, I would have to walk by that place every single day!

I like to do Animal Kingdom EMH-Mornings! Why? You get to ride Expedition Everest 3 times and never have to get a fastpass! (Fastpasses are a necessity for Kiliminjaro Safaris because that line gets CRAZY!) Also, if you get EE out of the way, you never have to trek all the way back there during your tour of AK.
The price to pay? Waking up at 6am, eating at 6:30AM and out at the bus stop by 7! Yikes!
Unfortunately, between 6:30 and 7, the food court at POFQ only has bakery and cold items (none of the stations are open until 7am).
BTW: When we got there, I my item from the bakery and a bottle of orange juice. Then I asked the cashier, "Can I use a QS credit for this?" (I didn't want to waste snacks on this!) And she said that I could, but I had to get an additional piece of fruit!
Leave it to Disney to make you get more food to use a QS credit!

My cinnamon roll and banana
This cinnamon roll was AWESOME! It was WARM and had this slightly crispy exterior from the glaze it had on it! You can see in the picture the hot glaze pooling around the bottom edge of the roll! What a nice surprise!
DBFF's multigrain bagel and banana (with a hidden Mickey!)
Believe it or not, she thought this was an above average bagel! She loved the "seeds" That were in this. She couldn't quite place what they were, but she loved how "hearty" it was!
This was a very satisfying breakfast for it being WAY too early to be awake!
Even though it rained in the morning of AK, I am smiling just thinking about how great it was to be there! We had a wonderful day!

Great counter service options at POFQ. We quite often pop over there when staying at Old Key West. Love the rotiseserie chicken at dinner

Yak & Yeti Cafe
When it comes to Animal Kingdom, there just aren't a lot of dining options. I went to Tusker House for dinner in 2009, so I wanted to try something new. So we tried Yak & Yeti!
Appetizers
DBFF's Pork Egg Rolls - chili plum dipping sauce $7.99
I had one of these and they were good! DBFF could never eat 3 egg rolls on her own so she ate one to save room! I like egg rolls so I was glad she gave me one of these!
My Wok-Fried Green Beans - battered green beans, sweet Thai chili dipping sauce $8.49
I really love green beans, so I wanted to try these! They were very tender in the middle and liked them. But there's only so much of 1 fried thing I can eat (and I ate "fried" stuff in each course of this meal!) So I could only eat a few before I got sick of them.
Entrees
DBFF's Sweet and Sour Chicken - Tempura chicken, ginger, garlic, bell peppers, pineapple $17.99
I would say this was average Chinese food fare. I've definitely had this done better at Chinese food places near my home. It was just okay. Not bad, but just average.
My Tempura Shrimp - chili plum sauce, coconut-ginger rice, stir fried vegetables $19.99
I have rarely met a fried shrimp I didn't like and I liked these! I ate all of them! I also liked that you got rice and veggies to counteract the fried shrimp. I ate most of this plate! I was glad I chose this because I love tempura shrimp and I don't get it very often!
Desserts
DBFF's Sorbet - Mango, lemon, raspberry $6.99
How pretty are these? Her favorite was the lemon (great for a hot day!), then the mango and last the raspberry (for just being more boring!). But she liked them all ate pretty much the whole thing!
My FRIED FREAKIN' WONTONS OF YUMMINESS-BEST-DESSERT-EVER-YOU-MUST-EAT-THIS-I-WANT-IT-RIGHT-NOW!!!!!!!!!
Okay.... so during every Disney trip, you will have piece of food that you dream about, that you wish you had right now in front of you, that will keep you coming back for more year after year. These fried wonton babies are DA BOMB DOT COM!
Take one of these wontons and a piece of the hot pineapple, smear it in the honey glaze and take a bite. While you're enjoying, put a cold slice of strawberry in your mouth and you have a mouthful of HEAVEN! I cannot tell you how much I loved this dessert.
Oh right, I can prove it.

I don't love most of the food at Yak and Yeti, but those wontons are great. The "after" pic is hilarious.
